About the Event
Is there a better way to celebrate World Frog Day than with some “Horned Frogs” and habitat restoration? Frogs need water to reproduce; It’s part of their lifecycle. Take the Blanchard’s Cricket Frog for instance. The population of these frogs has declined nationwide, and many factors point to these frogs being indicators of environmental health. Its skin is heavily vascularized, making it more susceptible to disease if the conditions of its environment are poor. We invite all TCU students and any individual to join us to clean habitat for wildlife, especially for these little creatures, Horned Frogs that you revere.
*The City of Fort Worth provides one t-shirt for each volunteer (while supplies last). Leave your T-shirt sizes when you sign up. Thank you.
