Join us to plant native trees to help local wildlife live and thrive. Wildlife relies on native plants for food and shelter, which support our local ecosystem. Join TCA, Texas A &M Forest Services, National Wildlife Federation, City of Laredo and  Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability (LCUAS) to learn more about the benefits of planting a native tree and bringing one free tree home!

Trees Available:

Tree saplings are available on a first come first served basis while supplies last. There is a limit of 1 per family, City of Laredo residents only. Delivery of trees is not provided.

Tree Species: 

Small Mature size trees: Texas redbud, Desert-willow, Mexican plum, Mexican buckeye 

Medium Mature size trees: Texas ebony, Mexican white oak ( Monterrey)

Large Mature size trees: Pecan, Shumard Oak
