(Canceled) Seed Collection at Parkhill Prairie

Join The Nature Conservancy (TNC) and TCA for a seed collection event at Parkhill Prairie. Located in northeast Collin County, this 52-acre remnant prairie is a prime location for gathering seeds that will support future restoration efforts. The seeds collected on-site will play a crucial role in TNC's ongoing mission to restore surrounding prairie lands later this year. Join us to learn about native plants and the best practices for seed collection.

What to bring: Please come dressed for outdoor work in tall grass, with long pants, boots, water, and a hat! Sunscreen, bug spray, and gloves will be provided if needed, but you are welcome to wear your own.

*Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
